Mary is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a partner and wealth advisor with our firm. Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and a master’s in business administration from San Jose State University. She has 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate real estate and finance with Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems and Charles Schwab. In search of a truly client-centered professional environment, Mary joined Wacker Wealth Partners in 2003. She is innately curious about people’ stories and what makes them tick, and she enjoys the opportunity to help her clients navigate the sometimes-complicated world of financial planning, chart their own course to financial security and realize their hopes for the future. Mary has extensive involvement with national and regional professional organizations. Outside the office, she volunteers with KCBX public radio and as a fundraiser for Meals That Connect. Mary has a grown son and two fabulous grandchildren. In her free time, she can be found enjoying live local music, walking her dog, and doing her best to live in the present and find the road less traveled.
