Patrick O'Hara, CFP®

Wealth Advisor | Partner

Patrick is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and is a partner at our firm, serving as a wealth advisor and member of the Investment Committee. He is a graduate of Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Before joining Wacker Wealth Partners in 2006, he held positions as a senior financial consultant with Merrill Lynch and as a credit analyst and commercial banker with City National Bank, among others. Patrick relishes working in a tightly knit, dedicated team environment that when combined with our fee-only service model, allows him to better focus on client needs. Sharing his depth of knowledge in both investments and planning in a patient, open style helps clients more easily understand the sometimes-intimidating complexities of the financial world. Outside the office, Patrick writes music and plays guitar, mandolin, fiddle and the bodhran drum in an Irish folk band with his son, sharing the culture and history of his Irish heritage with others through song. They also use this as a fundraising platform for charity. Patrick and his wife, Christy, live in Atascadero and have four children.
